Ritual Excellence

our goals and outcomes are:

Our lodge, without help from other lodges, can put on each degree by memory.  We want to impress the candidate and teach new brethren through ritual.

 This includes:

1. Words - (w/out yelling or whispering corrections; one coach if a brother gets stuck)
2. Floor work -
3. Dress code - Dark Suits with red tie.
4. Timing - What time to be there, will we pick up the candidate?, etc
5. Candidate instructed - Mentor instructs candidate on how to mentally and physically    prepare.

 

Steps to Ritual Excellence:

1. Go over each Officers responsibilities as it relates to what they need to learn when.
2. Recruit Ritual Mentors for each officer (can be duplicate persons)
3. Verbal - Learning the words
4. Floor Work
5. Catechism
6. Use technology committee to make sure Brethren know about ritual and practices.
