   5. Change what tatics you would like to use to accomplish your goals.

3. Plan your lodge programs - See below.  Have outline by Oct 31
4. Plan your dinners   - Get agreement with brothers for your year by Nov 30
   1. Solicit brothers who will help cook dinners your year
   2. Develop menus that will excite the brethren and guests
5. Committee Chairs - Get commitment for your committees by October 31.
